how to block someone on outlook

Too much clutter in your inbox? You can easily simplify your Outlook.com mailbox with Microsoft’s sweep tool, which allows you to block spam senders or dominant enemies and delete all existing email from them at once. That is how.

1.  Open your Outlook.com inbox.

2. Check the boxes next to messages from people you want to block.

More options should appear in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

3. Click Swipe at the top of the page.

4. Select “Delete everything from inbox and block future emails” from the drop-down menu.

You can choose to archive the selected messages instead of deleting them by clicking the down arrow next to the word Delete and pressing Archive.

5. Press Swipe to confirm.

You will no longer receive messages from that person. Do you regret your decision? Just click the gear icon in the top right corner, select Options and go to Safe & Blocked Senders to unblock the person you just restricted.
