Step 1. Install Adobe Acrobat
Like Microsoft Office, if you install Adobe Acrobat after installing Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Quick Access is automatically inserted into your Outlook. Start Outlook and click Adobe Acrobat on the toolbar. Then you will see two options: Attach as Adobe PDF and Attach as Secure Adobe PDF. Attach as Adobe PDF means that all attached files like PowerPoint, Word, Text, etc. are saved as PDF.
Attach as Adobe Protected PDF means you save a document and an attachment as Protected PDF, which means the file is protected from opening, copying, or printing.
Step 2. Save Outlook Emails as PDF

After you save your Outlook emails in PDF files, they will open in Adobe Acrobat. Click on it to see the full content of the message. You can also click the attachment’s hyperlink to open it in another window.

Email to PDF Windows 10
