Though you can schedule an email to be sent later in Outlook using the above method. However, you must consider certain factors to ensure delivery.

  1. Your system must be on during the scheduled delivery time.
  2. You must have an active internet connection for the scheduled time
  3. Your Outlook will be synchronized with the date and time of your system. Make sure the date and time are running correctly
